Download the ZIP folder to your computer hard drive.

Here's how to unzip a Windows ZIP Folder:

Using "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer",
browse to this file where you put it.

Double-click on it.  This will open the ZIP folder.
Click "Edit", then click "Select All".  Click "Copy".

Browse to wherever you want to put the contents of the ZIP folder.
Click "Paste".

The contents of the ZIP folder will now be copied
to wherever you specified.
